My data is turned on but it is not working. What should I do?
If you have trouble with the connection, you can check if you are following these requirements:
1. Are you in the right country or region?
Make sure your destination country or region is the same as the eSIM plan you have bought. You can check it out on My eSIM page.
2. Make sure you didn’t set the wrong date for your activation later on in your eSIM activation.
You can check this on the Kurosim app by opening the eSIM details. If you set the activation date for a later time, you can simply change it to "activate now". However, if you chose an earlier activation date, you will need to contact us via Live Chat or WhatsApp to adjust the activation date.
3. Make sure your device is not in airplane mode.

4. Check if your data plan is switched on from your setting device.

5. Make sure your data roaming is on.

6. Check if your APN is the same as the given APN from Kurosim.
Please click here to read " How can i adjust my APN manually? " or you can check the given APN on your eSIM details page and open the installation instructions page.
7. Check if you're connected to one of Kurosim's supported networks. To check, go to "My eSIMs" and tap "view networks" on your eSIM card.

8. Is your device's network locked?
You can check if your device's network is locked or not by following this link.
