How to delete an eSIM?

There are two kinds of eSIM deletion, App level deletion and permanent deletion. When you delete an eSIM from your Kurosim account, the plan will still run on your device, and you can recover the deleted eSIM within 30 days. To permanently delete an eSIM, you need to remove it in your device settings as well.

Deleting an eSIM from your Kurosim Account

1. Open your Kurosim App, then go to the My eSIMs page
2. Click the three dots in the top right corner on the eSIM you want to delete
3. Select Delete from Account
4. Please reconsider again before you delete the eSIM from your account.

Deleting eSIM from your Device Settings

iOS device

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Cellular / Mobile Service
3. Select the eSIM that you want to delete
4. Delete eSIM.

Android device

1. Go to Settings
2. Click on Connections
3. Tap on SIM card manager
4. Select the eSIM that you want to delete
5. Remove.
