How many times can an eSIM be used?

Your Kurosim eSIM can be used for an unlimited period, as long as it remains active. You can purchase additional data plans and top up your eSIM whenever you need, without having to buy a new eSIM.

If your eSIM is deleted from your device, don't worry. You can request to restore it within 30 days by contacting our Customer Support via Live Chat or WhatsApp.

Please note that every eSIM has a 1-year grace period. The grace period begins once your most recently purchased data plan expires. If no new data plan is purchased before the grace period ends, the eSIM will no longer be available for recovery or reuse.
