How do I cancel my subscription?

In order to deactivate your Auto-Recharge, please follow the steps provided in this page:

1. Open your Kurosim app and go to the My eSIMs page.
2. Click on the package you would like to unsubscribe or deactivate Auto-Recharge.
3. Under the Auto-Recharge section, you will see the Deactivate Auto-Recharge button.
4. Click the Deactivate button, and your package will no longer auto-recharge.
