How can I obtain my refund?

Kurosim is aware will be unforeseen events after purchase. Therefore, you can request a refund in the following circumstances:

  • If your plans have changed for some reason. Once the refund is approved, you will receive the refund in kuro points.
  • If the eSIM cannot be used due to a Kurosim issue or if the destination country's network infrastructure is unstable, we can offer you a full refund. Once the refund is approved, you will receive the refund in kuro points.
  • If you purchased the eSIM and it turned out to be incompatible with your device, we will provide you with a full refund. Once the refund is approved, we can send the refund to your bank account.
