How can I obtain my refund?

Kurosim understands that travel involves the unexpected. We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Change of Plans: If your travel plans change for any reason, you may request a refund. Once approved, the balance will be credited to your account as Kuro Points.
  • Technical or Network Issues: If the eSIM fails due to a Kurosim technical error or unstable network infrastructure in the destination country, you are eligible for a full refund. This can be issued as Kuro Points or returned to your bank account.


Important Update: Starting June 6th, refunds will no longer be issued for device incompatibility. Please ensure your device is eSIM-compatible before purchasing.
