What is eSIM?

An eSIM, or embedded SIM, is a small chip built directly into a device like a smartphone, tablet, or smartwatch. Unlike traditional SIM cards that you have to insert and remove from your phone, an eSIM is already inside the device and can be activated digitally. It allows you to switch phone numbers or mobile networks without needing to physically change SIM cards. This is super useful for things like traveling, where you can quickly switch to a local network for better coverage or cheaper data plans.

You can check if your device supports eSIMs here.
