Apple device:

Go to Settings
Tap Cellular / Mobile Services
Click on Kurosim eSIM
Select Network Selection
Disable auto select network
Choose the network that supported by Kurosim.

Android device:

Go to Settings
Tap Connections
Click on Mobile Networks
Tap Network operators
Select Kurosim eSIM, then disable auto select network
Choose the network that supported by Kurosim.
