Installing the eSIM on Your iOS Device
You can install the eSIM on your iPhone in three different ways:
Using a QR Code (3)
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap Cellular or Mobile Service.
- Tap Add eSIM.
- Select Use QR Code.
- Scan the QR code provided in the email.
Quick Installation (4)
- After purchasing the eSIM, you will receive an email.
- Click the Quick Installation link; it will redirect you to your device’s Settings.
- Tap Allow, and follow the on-screen instructions.
- Your eSIM will be activated within a few minutes.
Manual Installation (6)
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap Cellular or Mobile Service.
- Tap Add eSIM.
- Select Enter Details Manually.
- Copy and paste the eSIM details from your email.
Installing the eSIM on Your Android Device
You can install the eSIM on your Android Device in two different ways:
Using a QR Code (3)
- Open Settings.
- Go to Connections.
- Tap SIM Manager.
- Select Add eSIM.
- Tap Scan QR Code.
- Scan the QR code from your email. ( 3 )
Manual Installation (6)
- Open Settings.
- Go to Connections.
- Tap SIM Manager.
- Select Add eSIM.
- Tap Scan QR code.
- Then tap Enter Activation Code.
- Enter the details provided in the email, then tap Connect.
- Tap Add to complete the installation.
Checking Your Data Usage
To check your remaining data quota:
- Click View eSIM Data Card in your email.
- Then tap Check Usage to view your current data balance.
Troubleshooting
If your eSIM is not working as expected, please try the following steps:
- Enable Data Roaming - Go to your device's settings and turn on Data Roaming.
- Switch Cellular Data to eSIM - Ensure your eSIM is selected as the primary data line.
- Configure APN Settings - Open the APN settings and enter the values provided in your email. ( 5 )
