When you purchase your eSIM through our e-commerce platform, you will receive an email containing your eSIM details. You can refer to the image below for reference:

Installing the eSIM on Your iOS Device


You can install the eSIM on your iPhone in three different ways:


Using a QR Code (3)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Service.
  3. Tap Add eSIM.
  4. Select Use QR Code.
  5. Scan the QR code provided in the email.


Quick Installation (4)

  1. After purchasing the eSIM, you will receive an email.
  2. Click the Quick Installation link; it will redirect you to your device’s Settings.
  3. Tap Allow, and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. Your eSIM will be activated within a few minutes.


Manual Installation (6)

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
  2. Tap Cellular or Mobile Service.
  3. Tap Add eSIM.
  4. Select Enter Details Manually.
  5. Copy and paste the eSIM details from your email.


Installing the eSIM on Your Android Device


You can install the eSIM on your Android Device in two different ways:


Using a QR Code (3)

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Connections.
  3. Tap SIM Manager.
  4. Select Add eSIM.
  5. Tap Scan QR Code.
  6. Scan the QR code from your email. ( 3 )


Manual Installation (6)

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Go to Connections.
  3. Tap SIM Manager.
  4. Select Add eSIM.
  5. Tap Scan QR code.
  6. Then tap Enter Activation Code.
  7. Enter the details provided in the email, then tap Connect.
  8. Tap Add to complete the installation.


Checking Your Data Usage


To check your remaining data quota:

  1. Click View eSIM Data Card in your email.
  2. Then tap Check Usage to view your current data balance.
